LUX INFINITY ("LUX INFINITY," "we," "us," or "our") is a private travel and lifestyle concierge platform operated by LEO INFINITY LLC, a company headquartered at 2710 30th Ave, Astoria, NY 11102, United States.
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of theluxinfinity.com (the "Site") and any concierge, referral, or booking-facilitation services requested through it (the "Services").
By accessing the Site, submitting a Plan My Trip or Request to Book inquiry, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site or the Services.
LUX INFINITY operates as a private travel and lifestyle concierge and referral service. We are not an airline, aircraft operator, hotel, property owner, vehicle rental company, or yacht operator.
Submitting a request through Plan My Trip, a Request to Book, or the contact form does not constitute a confirmed booking or reservation. A booking is only confirmed once:
Until all three conditions are met, no service, property, aircraft, vehicle, or yacht is held or guaranteed on your behalf.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract to use the Services. If you submit a request on behalf of other travelers or guests, you represent that you are authorized to do so and that the information you provide about them is accurate.
When you submit a request, your concierge will review it, contact you to confirm requirements, source availability from relevant suppliers, and return with a coordinated quotation covering every service requested. You are free to accept, decline, or ask for changes to any quotation before it is confirmed. No fee is charged simply for submitting a request or receiving a quotation.
Any pricing shown on the Site (including on individual listings) is indicative only and reflects general market rates at the time of publication. It is not a binding offer.
Final pricing is confirmed by your concierge and may differ from indicative pricing due to seasonality, availability, currency fluctuation, supplier-specific fees, group size, or the specific dates and requirements of your request. A quotation is valid only for the period stated by your concierge and is subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
LUX INFINITY does not collect payment-card numbers, CVVs, or other sensitive card credentials through this Site. Where a booking requires payment, an authorized LUX INFINITY team member will process it over the phone through an approved, PCI-compliant, card-not-present ("MOTO") payment channel, or direct you to another secure payment method.
You should never send full card details by email, text message, WhatsApp, or an unsecured contact form. If asked to do so by anyone claiming to represent LUX INFINITY, please contact us directly using the details in Section 15 before proceeding.
Many bookings require a non-refundable or partially refundable deposit to secure supplier availability, with the balance due by a date specified in your quotation and confirmation. Failure to pay the balance by the due date may result in cancellation of the booking and forfeiture of any deposit paid, in accordance with the relevant supplier's terms.
Cancellation and refund terms for private aviation, villas, hotels, exotic cars, yachts, and experiences are set primarily by the third-party supplier providing that service, not by LUX INFINITY, and vary significantly by category, operator, and season. Many luxury and bespoke bookings — including private jet charters, peak-season villas, and yacht charters — are non-refundable or subject to substantial cancellation fees once confirmed.
The specific cancellation and refund terms applicable to your booking will be disclosed by your concierge before you make any payment. By confirming a booking and making payment, you accept those specific terms in addition to these Terms.
Requests to change a confirmed booking (dates, travelers, itinerary, or service) are subject to supplier availability and may incur change fees set by the supplier. LUX INFINITY will communicate any applicable fees before processing a change on your behalf.
LUX INFINITY facilitates and coordinates services provided by independent third parties, including but not limited to private aircraft operators and charter brokers, hotels and resorts, villa and property managers, luxury and exotic vehicle providers, chauffeur services, yacht owners and charter operators, restaurants, and event or experience providers ("Suppliers").
Suppliers are independent businesses, not employees, agents, or partners of LUX INFINITY. Each Supplier's own terms and conditions, cancellation policies, safety standards, and insurance requirements apply to the service they provide, in addition to these Terms. LUX INFINITY selects Suppliers with reasonable care but does not guarantee, warrant, or assume responsibility for a Supplier's acts, omissions, safety record, solvency, or quality of service.
You are responsible for:
LUX INFINITY is not responsible for denied boarding, denied entry, delays, or additional costs arising from inaccurate information, missing documentation, or failure to comply with destination requirements.
You agree not to use the Site or the Services to submit fraudulent requests, misrepresent your identity or authority, attempt to circumvent LUX INFINITY to book directly with a Supplier introduced through us in order to avoid fees, or use the Site for any unlawful purpose. We reserve the right to decline or discontinue service to anyone for conduct we reasonably believe violates these Terms.
The Site, including its design, text, graphics, logos, and the "LUX INFINITY" name and branding, is owned by LEO INFINITY LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Site without our prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LUX INFINITY and LEO INFINITY LLC act as an intermediary that coordinates and facilitates travel and lifestyle services on your behalf and shall not be liable for:
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.
LUX INFINITY and its Suppliers are not liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, extreme weather, acts of government, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labor disputes, pandemic or public health emergencies, or mechanical or technical failure of third-party aircraft, vehicles, or vessels.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LEO INFINITY LLC, LUX INFINITY, and their personnel from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of the Services, or violation of a Supplier's terms or the laws of your destination.
Our collection and use of personal information in connection with the Site and the Services is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Services that is not resolved informally shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New York, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any written quotation or booking confirmation issued to you, constitute the entire agreement between you and LUX INFINITY regarding the Services and supersede any prior agreements or understandings on the same subject.
We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes in our services, business practices, Suppliers, or legal requirements. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page identifies when these Terms were most recently revised. Continued use of the Site or the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
