Most luxury travel today is either a booking engine with a nicer font, or a membership club that gatekeeps access behind an annual fee. Neither one picks up the phone when your plans change at 11pm the night before a trip.
LUX INFINITY was built around a simpler idea: tell us what you're trying to do — "seven days in Dubai, arrange everything" — and let a dedicated concierge coordinate the jet, the villa, the car and the yacht as one request, not five separate transactions with five separate companies.
We're a new company, deliberately starting focused. Phase one is the categories and destinations you see across this site, handled personally by our concierge desk. Every quarter, we add more suppliers, more destinations and more of the automation that lets us do this at scale — without ever losing the part that actually matters: someone on the other end who knows your trip.
