Private Aviation

Wherever you're going. Whenever you need to leave.

Jets, charters, helicopters and group aviation, arranged with full ground handling from departure to arrival.

A private jet request is rarely just about the aircraft. It's ground transport timed to the minute, catering that matches the itinerary, and a crew that's been briefed before you've boarded. We work across light, midsize, heavy and ultra long-range aircraft, plus helicopters for short hops, and coordinate all of it through one concierge — so the only thing you have to do is show up.

What you're actually choosing between.

The aircraft category drives everything else — range, cabin size, and cost per hour.

Range vs. Cabin Space

Ultra long-range jets trade a larger cabin footprint for the ability to cross oceans nonstop. For regional hops, a light or midsize jet gets you there faster to book and cheaper per hour.

Positioning Costs

If the nearest available aircraft isn't based near your departure point, a positioning fee may apply — your concierge will flag this before you commit.

Empty Legs

Operators sometimes reposition aircraft with no passengers. If your dates are flexible, ask your concierge to check current empty-leg availability on your route for meaningful savings.

Example Request
“Six passengers, JFK to Aspen, Friday afternoon, returning Sunday evening. Need in-flight catering and ground transport arranged on both ends.”

Frequently asked.

How much notice do you need for a charter?

Typically 24–48 hours, though same-day charters can sometimes be arranged depending on aircraft availability in your region.

Can I bring pets?

Most operators allow pets in the cabin. Let your concierge know when you submit your request so it's factored into aircraft selection.

Do you offer one-way or empty-leg flights?

Yes, when available. Ask your concierge for current empty-leg opportunities on your route — these can offer significant savings for flexible travelers.

Is the pricing shown final?

No — it's indicative only. Final pricing depends on the specific aircraft, route, positioning, and season, confirmed by your concierge before you pay anything.
